  • I WILL place your home on my personal website, OceanFronts.com, a virtual toolbox of information for current and prospective property owners, with emphasis on the special needs of oceanfront properties.
  • I WILL place and attractive FOR SALE sign on the property with my direct contact information on it, making your Realtor accessible to prospective buyers.
  • I WILL create professional-quality flyers to be placed in an information box by the for sale sign.
  • I WILL send postcards to homeowners in the surrounding area.
  • I WILL create an informational booklet to go inside the home for renters to see.
  • I WILL feature your property monthly in Home Tour magazine. In addition to our company ad, I run a full-page ad that is placed in the front of each issue. Magazines are distributed locally at all area stores, local tourist bureaus, and the Chamber of Commerce. Village realty also runs several pages with the company’s listings in Homes and Land, a similar free publication.
  • I WILL place your home on the Village Realty website, villagerealtyobx.com
  • I WILL feature your property on The Real Estate Showcase, a fifteen-minute segment on the local television station, TV 12. Village Realty features all of its listings on this segment, which runs in prime time, seven days a week.
  • I WILL place a photo of your home on the for sale board in our main office lobby. This will expose your home to all of the people checking in to rental homes, as well as those specifically seeking information on real estate sales. Your property will be added to the Village Realty sale sheets and distributed to all potential buyers who visit our office.
  • I WILL give other Village Realty agents a detailed explanation of your property. Our statistics prove the point: Village Realty boasts a very high percentage of in-house sales.
  • I WILL send flyers to area Realtors to bring your property to their attention.
  • I WILL pursue other print marketing avenues as appropriate, including major market newspapers in Virginia Beach, Richmond, Washington, DC, and New York City.
